Time Costing and Billing

PowerLink's time costing and billing features suit personnel agencies and group training organisations, as well as professionals who need to track and charge time and on jobs and recover disbursements. The below features are included with the Job Costing module.

Employees can be charged at different rates depending on the type of work, customer or job
Timesheets post directly to Attaché Payroll - no double keying
Enter timesheets using start / stop or hours worked.
Powerful Shift calculations allow overtime and shift allowances to be calculated automatically.
Enter option description of work performed to show on invoices to your customer.
Invoices can be produced in batch mode using date range or you can produce invoices individually
  for jobs as they are completed, or a combination of both.
Invoices can be held until you want to progress bill a job.
Additional charges for materials and recovery of disbursements can be added to invoices prior to
  finalising invoices.
Create your own invoice layouts to show information to your client in the way you want.
Analyse employee time by job, customer, activity and more using the Timesheet Analysis report.

Create up to 84 additional fields to store information about your employees.  For example, education,
  skills, experience and other personal details
Employees can enter own timesheets but not see anyone else's 
Group training organisations can record movements between host trainers 
Set-up rosters or standard timesheets to create timesheets automatically and save keying of
