Whatever your industry, chances are that you sometimes need to raise quotations for a customer.  If you find it difficult keeping track of quotes, following them up before the customer has gone elsewhere, or if you have to re-key quote details into a sales order or job, then PowerLink could be the answer you're looking for.  The below features are included with the CRM and Job Costing modules.

Enter prospect details without having to create a new customer.  Prospect is only added as a customer
  if they purchase from you. 

Ability to enter initial contact as a sales lead, and then convert to a quote when qualified.  Allows for

  better control over sales process.
Fixed price or cost-plus quotes can be produced.  Can be selected on a line by line basis.
Fixed priced lines can use customer special price matrix which supports date range and quantity break
  pricing (requires Attaché Customer Special Pricing option)
Costs, profit and margin is displayed on each line as well as for entire quote.  These can be hidden for
  different users.
Create quotes from templates, or copy quotes from same or other customers
Multiple quote print layouts available.  Create as many additional layouts as you like.  Selectable at
  print time.
Export quotes to MS Word for additional formatting.  Document can then be emailed, if required.
Create customer orders from successful quotes.  Select which lines are to be included. 
Create supplier purchase orders from successful quotes.  Can automatically suggest purchase orders
  based on stock levels.
Create jobs (including budgets) from successful quotes.
Contact history can be maintained for each quote including follow-up date.
To do list based on follow-up date allows each sales rep to follow-up quotes.  Drill in to quote and
  update contact history as you go.
Quote Status report shows performance of each sales rep. Monitor success rates, reasons for
  unsuccessful quotes etc
Ability to create simple or multi-section (multi-level) quotes for complex jobs.
Create up to 84 additional fields to store information specific to your industry or business. 
  Eg. Special job instructions, location of drawings etc
