Machine Costing

If you use machines on jobs (eg for demolition, construction or design), there is a real cost to your business every time they're used. PowerLink allows you to track the time spent using machines on jobs, as well as maintenance costs relating to labour and parts. The below features are included with the Job Costing module.

Features include:

	Enter machine details including estimated running cost.
	Create your own fields for storing additional specific machine information. eg. serial number, make,
	model, type etc
	Enter the machine the employee was using and the job it was used on when entering timesheets.
	Allocate employee time spent maintaining machine when entering timesheets.
	Allocate expenses spent maintaining or owning the machine when entering creditor (supplier) invoices.
	Produce machine costing reports showing actual costs in maintaining machine and hours used.
