  If you are having trouble logging in, you should check that:
  • You have entered the correct Customer Code.  This code can be found on your last PMP renewal invoice, or on the letter you received when you first purchased PowerLink.  Alternatively contact us to get your code.
  • You have enter the last 4 digits of your company's main telephone number.  For example, if your phone number is 07 4759 2111, enter "2111"
  • If you have recently purchased or renewed PowerLink, you should contact us to ensure that we have updated your status correctly.
